I would say the million a year is more accurate. When people make the big bucks, they don't like to report it all or they have ways to divert it so they don't have to pay taxes on it.True or False? Provide evidence please.?

If Donald Trump needed a Neurosurgeon how much do you think the surgeon would be paid ?
Medical people charge what their patients can afford so location is the key factor in a surgeons earnings .
It's more like 150,000 to 300,000 a year. At least in America.
And it's only after 14 years of successful study.
