If several workers are fired for no reason and with false evidence cant we all have something done legally?

You need to make up your mind whether they were fired for no reason, or whether they were fired based on false evidence. Those two things seem mutually exclusive to me.





In any case, though, unless they can prove that the reason they were fired was a pretext, and they were actually fired as a result of illegal discrimination (that is, discrimination based on race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, disability, etc.), or they can prove that the firing was intentionally done in an effort to defame them, they are probably out of luck.If several workers are fired for no reason and with false evidence cant we all have something done legally?
