Base of question Local Council issued an Enforcement Notice without proper aurthority so the notice is invalid. Then they continued and issued further Enforcement notices on evidence gained from the invalid notice is this legal and can the evidence be used in Planning InqueriesIs evidence gained following a false accusation admissable in court?
I would ask at the citizens advise bureau for advise to this question, or a solicitor. You can usually have a free session with a solicitor for advise in certain circumstances. Is evidence gained following a false accusation admissable in court?
who gives afuck, you are a rugby union fan, apparently totally ignorant of PROPER FOOTBALL
Absolutely. If you're accused of a crime and then evidence is found of another crime. The accusation of the first crime may be invalid, but the reality is that another crime was committed and that can not be ignored. In simplest terms, it's like a cop pulling over someone on a questionable traffic offense. Even if the cop's intention is to give a warning, if he finds a gun beside you, he won't just let you off with a warning.
