How does one sue a corrupt lawyer for lying, submitting false evidence, and harming an innocent child?

The New Hampshire Delegate to the American Bar Association, L.Jonathan Ross, of Wiggin %26amp; Nourie, lied on record, knowingly, on several occasions, to manipulate the corrupt Derry, NH Court, so as to harm an innocent child and a litigant. After he was reported by a practicing attorney, he withdrew from the case.

After reviewing the medical records of an innocent child, who was treated for a terrible ailment, he lied to the Marital Master saying that there was no infection as he tried to bring the father up for contempt for seeking appropriate medical care.

After he specifically asked a Judge for a court action, he lied on record to a Marital Master at another hearing, denying that he made such a request. When the father brought his child to be treated for another documented ailment, Ross lied, told the court that it was exaggerated, and that the father demanded a test from the doctor. The doctor sent a letter to the court to do disprove the lie. All these are on record. How does one sue a corrupt lawyer for lying, submitting false evidence, and harming an innocent child?
Lawyers can be sued for malpractice, just the same as doctors or nurses or any other professional person. How does one sue a corrupt lawyer for lying, submitting false evidence, and harming an innocent child?
Bring your evidence to your local American Bar Association office. They will tell you if you have enough evidence to have this lawyer disbarred.

It's not totally unheard of that a lawyer involved in falsification of evidence is disbarred. Only last year, a lawyer involved in the Duke students arrest regarding sexual misconduct has been disbarred for lying in court.
