In a sealed indictment, ';evidence'; and ';testimony'; under oath later proven false in trial, can't sue gov't.

Threatened witnesses lied, ATF threatens friends, family, issues press releases for intimidation. Goes on for several years. Front page of newspaper, all local channels also at least 6 times. Even CNN once!

Ruins family business and leaves the mess all behind. Cost us everything, tax dollars paid for our own prosecution. US attorney's office is repromanded for taking case to begin with after truth is revealed.

However, now I can not sue any one because I was ';found guilty by a jury of my peers....';

Referring to the indictment that was sealed and I had no idea was even happening. The whole sealed indictment was based on false information.

Where's the justice???In a sealed indictment, ';evidence'; and ';testimony'; under oath later proven false in trial, can't sue gov't.
I don't understand your question. Your indictment was based on lies; these lies were exposed at trial; yet you were found guilty by a jury. This makes no sense without a LOT more info. Ask your lawyer.
