Interdict based on false evidence?

Can an interdict be given based on false evidence. Evidence is mainly email print outs that have clearly been cut and pasted into a document and printed out. Can court really base judgement on such easy to fake emails?Interdict based on false evidence?
Emails can be tracked, every email sent and delivered, so if these have been cut and pasted into a document they can be proved to be false and never written as they are being presented.Interdict based on false evidence?
Courts will not usually take things that are easily faked. ie emails and photos that were not taken by a PI. They know about photoshop and how easy it is to cut and paste.
Not sure as i,m not a lawyer !!!!
