There are several things that could prove evolution false. Among them are:
1) A complex organ for which no simpler version ever existed.
2) A feature which exists solely for the benefit of another species, with no benefit whatsoever to the host species.
4) A feature which leaps from one branch of the evolutionary tree to another.
Fortunately for the theory of evolution, these have yet to be found. (If they had been found, creationists would be trumpeting them from the mountaintops)
I can ask you the same question though. What evidence can prove creation theory false? There is none because your god is all powerful and can do whatever he pleases. That is why creation theory is not scientific.EVOLUTIONISTS What evidence would convince you that evolution is false?
The ';testing'; has been done. Evolution passed. Did you miss that?

You are absolutely correct. If no evidence existed then it could not be teachable much like creationism. There is no EVIDENCE only a belief and that should stay in the home and the church.

It's a testable scientific theory because there are, theoretically, results that would disprove it. For example, if studies were to show that all offspring were genetically identical to their parents that would disprove evolution. Of course we've done these tests and it is now fact that there are genetic variations between generations. Which we call evolution.
The only thing that would make me believe it were false is if every single fossil were proven to be made of clay by the hands of man and every evolutionary scientist admitted that they made it up.
There already is more than enough evidence that proves the theory of evolution false.
The fossil record does not blend by small-step evolution.
New creatures appear in the fossil record fully formed, and remain virtually unchanged for millions of years or until extinction.
The Cambrian era produced an ';explosion'; or new life forms that appeared fully formed and did not evolve.
Breeders cannot breed one species into another new species, so small changes do not lead to large changes.
The only thing that the Darwinian evolutions have going for themselves is that it is very easy to prove the earth is very old, not 6000 years old as some people claim the Bible says.
Given the massive evidence for evolution, you'd have to show a substantial amount of evidence to prove it wrong.

There's a lot of evidence that could convince me. If we found human fossils in Paleozoic rock, that would be enough to at least convince me that the theory needs to be revised.
To demonstrate that the entire theory was wrong, somebody would need to demonstrate that all of the millions of fossils supporting the theory are fake.
I've already seen irrefutible evidence of evolution, so I guess I'm stuck with it.
You people claim there is no evidence of evolution but all you have to do is look at present-day viruses and bacteria. They are evolving at an alarming rate in order to counteract the antibiotics and antiviral drugs that we currently have. HAve you not heard about the new strains of antibiotic-resistant tuberculosis? THe new staph strains? Crawl out from under your rock. This is evolution at work before your very eyes. These bacteria and viruses are evolving in order to survive and to thrive. That is exactly what evolution is.
For 27 years they have had no answer to the granites. They are baffled, so they fight with lawyers, not science.

The theory of evolution remains a theory because it is not all proved and connected and may well never be entirely completed due to the fact that it took millions of years. That said substantial amounts of it are proved beyond reasonable doubt!!!!! So the majority of it is indeed fact rather than theory!!!
You prove it - humans evolved a larger brain and the means to use it but sadly somke fell behind in the use it stage and that explains your questions!!!!!!

Scientific evidence is the only proof I'll ever accept.
Scientific evidence is real evidence. It's possible that evolution is not correct or but there is a lot of real and tangible evidence that exists. The creationist people I know did not do well in school so I'm not going to listen to what they believe. That's the bottom line. They are so rigid in their beliefs that they can't even admit the possibility that they could be wrong.
Scientists are truth seekers, no matter what it is. They rely on logic instead of emotion.
