Can an interdict be given based on false evidence. Evidence is mainly email print outs that have clearly been cut and pasted into a document and printed out. Can court really base judgement on such easy to fake emails?Interdict based on false evidence?
I would find an expert and then take them to my lawyer,or get him to find one, and maybe you can have them admitted at your next court hearing. Worth a try.
